Affymetrix Feature Viewer at I Make Cool Shit

Wednesday, April 15 Update: I have been neglecting my portfolio site while focusing my attention on client projects, but it's time for some portfolio love again! Most projects are still not yet tagged, but I hope to get to that soon. New and larger screen shots should follow soon after that.

Affymetrix Feature Viewer

I developed a Flash-based feature viewer for featuring content on an Affymetrix Web site while working as an independent contractor to WebEnertia. The feature viewer loads information about currently featured content from a custom XML file (complete with Document Type Definition), loads the specified images, then displays the loaded information and images as appropriate.

The project manager and visual designer was Steve Ohanians, WebEnertia's Creative Director and a partner in the company.

Client and employer projects are always top priorities for me, so when I get busy, I tend to neglect my own projects. Perhaps by listing some of my Web sites that need some good loving attention right here, I will shame myself into alotting more of my spare time to work on them.
