Pacific Union Kiosk at I Make Cool Shit

Wednesday, April 15 Update: I have been neglecting my portfolio site while focusing my attention on client projects, but it's time for some portfolio love again! Most projects are still not yet tagged, but I hope to get to that soon. New and larger screen shots should follow soon after that.

Pacific Union Kiosk

I was the primary developer of the Flash-based kiosk software for Pacific Union GMAC Real Estate offices as well as the corresponding Web-based administration system and the intermediate software (written in PHP) and database (MySQL) while employed by WebEnertia. Each kiosk automatically loads the latest information and images for its location on startup then displays them in an animated, attractive manner for Pacific Union customers. The administration system allows Pacific Union staff to do such things as add listings, upload images, and manage user accounts according to role and group permissions.

The project manager and visual designer was Steve Ohanians, WebEnertia's Creative Director and a partner in the company.

Client and employer projects are always top priorities for me, so when I get busy, I tend to neglect my own projects. Perhaps by listing some of my Web sites that need some good loving attention right here, I will shame myself into alotting more of my spare time to work on them.
